Completed piece lain out ready to be now re-stretched over the frame and primed.
It’s taken a lot longer than I thought it would but the first canvas is done. On reflection I’m wondering now whether to disperse the lines more on the following canvases so the effect is less as it moves away from the centre, but will have to think through both the symbolism of this and the aesthetics, whether it is true to the vision laid out.
